THE MOVEMENT OF LIFE
ABOUT
Biokinetics is where rehab meets reality.
We’re not your average physiotherapy clinic - and we don’t aim to be.
Led by Vincent Fu, Senior Physiotherapist at Brain & Spine Surgery, Biokinetics was built to manage what others have struggled to do: spinal complexity, chronic pain cycles, failed conservative care, and the high-stakes demands of athletic performance.
Whether you’re recovering from spinal surgery, struggling with disc-related radiculopathy, dealing with persistent pain, or preparing for elite sport return, our approach is diagnostic and scientific, not generic.
Every patient is assessed with surgical-level scrutiny. We identify the true biomechanical drivers behind your dysfunction - and treat the system, not just the symptoms. Our rehab strategies blend anatomical science, biomechanical science and evidence-based clinical reasoning with high-performance conditioning to create results that last beyond discharge.
We specialise in:
-
Complex spinal rehab and nerve-related injuries
-
Biomechanical correction for movement dysfunction and chronic pain
-
Prehab and post-op rehab for spinal and orthopaedic surgery
-
Athletic return-to-play and performance integration
-
Postural reconditioning and nervous system integration/regulation
Biokinetics is the clinic patients come to when they've “tried everything” and still don’t feel right. We’re here to deliver clarity, strategy, and transformation - one rep, one correction, one breakthrough at a time.

This isn’t just physiotherapy. This is rehab done properly.
